I would love some feedback off people on what they think of my recent work.

In other news my lovely mailers and new business cards arrived the other day and I am mightily impressed, lets hope the creative directors of the world are equally impressed.

Anyway I thought I would post some images from a impromptu shoot with Raphaella McNamara.  Shooting from the hip can often produce my most loved work.

The lovely people over at Ident Magazine want to feature some of my recent pieces in a future issue  after coming across my work via my showreels.  Hopefully this will lead to more commissions over in America and opportunities to travel again.

Be sure to pick it up if you are over that side of the water.

She is represent around England and Milan by at least four agencies if I am correct, and deservedly so. She was a pleasure to work with and can’t wait to shoot her again. More images are still to come from this shoot, however I need to move onto different projects this week so the retouch will have to wait I’m afraid.

Coming from a backgroud in music videos, feature films and stop motion animation, his production company Clockwork Amoeba is building its reputation for producing creative and unique pieces of work.

Duncan has just recently worked with The Thespians, a band that I hope to shoot with later on this month. After seeing them play live last week, they are definitely  a band to keep an eye on.

I have been working on a few frames from my shoot with Laura Brown and the talented miss Lara Christina, given the ambient temperature in the studio I’ve gone for a frosty cold look. I can’t decide if I like the loose messy hairs or not, I would love your opinions.  So answers on  postcards …

Next week should prove fun, moving house, painting the new flat, Christmas shopping and we have FHM Magazine in the studio shooting some images for a upcoming issue. But it will all be done with a festive cheer.

We shot a couple of different styles including these in the studio dressing room. I love the tones you get from using a beauty dish.  More wonderful images will follow in time.

I would also like to say a huge thank you to my stylist Lara who braved the cold regardless of feeling like death because of the onset of a case of flu.  I’m sure she would of rather spent the day in bed.  Plus if I go down ill in a few days everyone knows who to blame ..

She is a beautiful model represented by both Arrigo Models and EMA Management who was a pleasure to work with. Unfortunately we decided to shoot on what turned out to be the coldest day of the year, but everyone worked like troopers despite the cold.  Having such a huge studio is amazing, but it can be problematic when trying to heat the place.

But I hope the images speak for themselves, I really want to work with Charlotte again very soon, hopefully in slightly warmer conditions so we can produce more stunning work.
