When Woolhouse, London came to MCGRORY to ask him to create a new image for international DJ Chris Lake he jumped at the opportunity. Taking the image down a dark and twisted route.
Using his image manipulation skills he set Chris Lake on fire with real flames, blending them seamlessly into the original image to produce an image that comands peoples’ attention.

1. Through initial concepts the piece was taken down the dramatic fire route. Initial scamp and storyboard where made

3. Fire and smoke was shot in the studio, this is then manipulated into place and blended with the retouched image.
4. Smoke, catch lights were added to the image, final colour balancing and
war paint added.
